Snapchat has officially expanded its Partner Program with a new “Agency” partner offering, designed to help advertising agencies show off their expertise for better results on the platform. This expansion builds on the “Snap Advanced Partner Program” launched in April last year, which empowered agencies to create and facilitate more effective ad solutions for their clients.
The Two Tiers of Agency Accreditation
The new Agency Partner Program will have two distinct partnership tiers:
- Strategic Agency Partner status is reserved for top-performing agencies that have already demonstrated a proven track record of delivering significant results with Snapchat Ads. These elite partners will receive an elevated badge that distinguishes them from other participants, making it easier for brands to identify agencies with advanced Snap campaign expertise.
- Agency Partner tier is designed for agencies with strong growth potential. These partners may not yet have the extensive results required for the Strategic badge, but they have completed Snapchat’s training and certification programs, equipping them with the foundational skills necessary for successful ad management on the platform.
These new classifications aim to recognize varying levels of expertise while offering access to exclusive resources, direct support from Snapchat, and specialized training.
Both tiers will receive a verified badge from Snapchat, signifying their accreditation. These badges will serve as public proof of the agency’s understanding of Snapchat’s tools, ad formats, and best practices, ultimately helping them win more business and deliver better outcomes for their clients.
New Training Hub for Agencies
One of the most notable features of the program is the launch of the Agency Partner Hub, a new, dedicated training and resource center. This platform offers a wide array of exclusive content, including certification programs, best practice guides, case studies, and strategic insights. It’s designed to help agencies stay up-to-date with platform trends and continuously improve their campaign performance.
Additionally, all Agency Partners will gain direct access to Snapchat’s Ads team, along with ongoing support and training to ensure they can maximize ROI for their clients. This level of collaboration and access could prove especially valuable for larger brands that invest significantly in Snapchat advertising.
With the Agency Partner Program, Snap aims to bridge the knowledge gap, ensuring that both emerging and established agencies have what they need to succeed.
Currently, the Agency Partner Program is live in the US and UK, with plans to expand into Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates in the near future. For agencies looking to deepen their Snapchat capabilities and showcase their expertise, this new accreditation program offers a clear path forward.
